You give toad guy a terse smile and a flick of the ears and turn to leave.
Arpeggio stays behind for a minute, and as you walk you hear toad guy say "Heeey!" and the sound of shoes running up from behind.

"Told you," Arpeggio says, clutching the package. She hastily opens it, stops in her tracks, and drops it. When she catches up to you, you ask "What was it?"
"Don't worry about it," she replies, but based on the guy's house, you can probably guess.▮
